Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring Expedia Group's innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world. These businesses include global financial institutions, corporate managed travel, offline travel agents, global travel suppliers (like major airlines) and many more.
The PLS team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation commercial platform solutions for our B2B partners. In this role, you will drive the strategy and execution of innovative products including headless commerce APIs, white-label OTA platforms, and custom partner solutions built on Expedia Group's technology ecosystem.
You'll bring a strong product mindset, deep technical fluency, and a passion for solving complex problems on a scale. We are a collaborative, cross-functional group that thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering impactful solutions. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of travel.
In this role you will:
Craft and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with business goals and customer needs, particularly in greenfield (0-to-1) product environments.
Develop and own a strategic, outcome-driven product roadmap with clear KPIs and delivery milestones, balancing innovation with execution.
Lead cross-functional teams-including Analytics, Account Management, Legal, Engineering, and Design-to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions.
Drive the end-to-end development of AI/ML-powered features such as personalization engines, recommender systems, and predictive product experiences using regression and inference models.
Champion product discovery through experimentation, user research, and data-driven hypothesis testing to validate new opportunities and de-risk investments.
Collaborate closely with data science teams to define model requirements, evaluate performance, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
Influence and align stakeholders across the organization through strategic storytelling, negotiation, and clear communication of product value.
Guide UX and design trade-offs to ensure intuitive, financially viable, and legally sound user experiences.
Define and track product metrics to evaluate performance, inform prioritization, and continuously optimize outcomes.
Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure successful adoption through close collaboration with marketing, sales, and support teams.
Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across diverse interests and priorities.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes, with a focus on scalable architecture and long-term sustainability.
Experience and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 8+ years of product management experience with a Bachelor's degree. 6+ years with a Master's degree.
Proven track record of building and launching 0-to-1 products in fast-paced, agile environments.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Account Management to deliver compliant and impactful solutions.
Demonstrated success in integrating ML capabilities such as personalization, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling into customer-facing products.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Strong grasp of data science principles, regression and inference modeling, and the scientific method.
