Senior Product Manager - UK Vehicle Payments

Corpay is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the UK Vehicle Payments (UKVP) team in our International Vehicle Payments division. The UKVP team influences the experience of thousands of customers directly, driving product excellence through data driven insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. The team manages fuel card products across Allstar, Keyfuels and The Fuel Card Company, supporting 84% of the top 100 fleets in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end to end strategy and performance of Corpay's core fuel products, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes.
  • Define and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with commercial, pricing, and network teams to optimise pricing models and supplier relationships.
  • Lead market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth within the fleet fuel space.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based on commercial impact and customer value.
  • Drive strong execution across the product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and continuous optimisation.
  • Influence and align cross functional teams including technology, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver high impact solutions.
  • Use customer insights, behavioural data, and analytics to inform decision making and continuously improve product performance.
  • Partner closely with go to market and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning, launches, and adoption.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring clear visibility of product performance and ROI.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring delivery against strategic and financial targets.
  • Maintain high quality product documentation and clear communication across stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L, pricing, or revenue driving products.
  • Experience within fleet, fuel cards, mobility, payments, or a closely related industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver complex products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capability, with a data driven approach to decision making.
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on continuous delivery and iteration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long term vision and short term delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast paced and evolving market.
