About Our Client

Our client is an international non-profit organisation offering financial products to their charity members. They have offerings globally and their teams work collaboratively with UK and internationally based teams. They have a hybrid working model, with 2 office days per week in central London.

Job Description

• Develop and execute a customer portal strategy.
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities.
• Define and communicate product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams and integration partners to design and launch portals.
• Ensure compliance and customer-focused portal processes.
• Support Heads of Product in building strong product practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Product Manager should have:

• Proven experience in developing customer-facing portals and UX design.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Dynamics, Power Platform).
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and digital transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues internationally.
• Passionate about the nonprofit sector and charitable organisations.
