Job Description
The Role

Reporting to the Head of Product Management as one of two Senior Product managers, you'll be responsible for delivering a portfolio of Configured off the Shelf (COTS) and Microsoft product roadmaps that support SNG's business and customer needs. From discovery through to end-of-life, you'll lead on every stage of the product lifecycle - ensuring our digital products deliver measurable outcomes and enhance user experience

  • Own a portfolio of product releases, ensuring ITIL, enterprise IT, data, and engineering standards are followed.
  • Create and promote outcome-driven product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage budgets of around £500k and a small team of Product Managers (5 direct reports).
  • Set product strategies, balancing customer needs with commercial viability.
  • Coach colleagues in agile ways of working, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Deputise for the Head of Product Management when required.
  • Lead vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and innovation.
About You

We're looking for a results-driven product leader. You'll have:

  • Strong experience across the full product lifecycle.
  • Contact Centre, unified comms and CRM experience helpful.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and ideally exposure to DevOps approaches.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
  • A creative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business priorities.
  • Experience motivating diverse teams and driving delivery at pace.
