Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product ownership for one of our core SaaS platforms. This role is designed for an experienced product leader who can operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while driving clarity, alignment, and high-quality delivery.

The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, representing the product with confidence to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring execution meets enterprise-level standards for usability, accessibility, scalability, and client value.

This is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence across teams and business units.

  • Base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for key areas of the SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with company strategy and cross-company initiatives.
  • Proactively identify trade-offs, risks, and dependencies, and make clear, well-reasoned prioritization decisions.
  • Think holistically about the product ecosystem, ensuring features and capabilities scale across clients, use cases, and platforms.
  • Adept in working in an agile development environment with regionally distributed teams.
  • Help inform the product roadmap by assessing usage metrics and other relevant data to ensure proper iterations and new features are prioritized.
  • Lead complex initiatives from discovery through launch, managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Set clear scope, success metrics, and delivery expectations, and actively manage changes to avoid surprises.
  • Ensure product releases meet high standards for usability, accessibility, and overall quality.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to drive disciplined execution and timely delivery.
  • Serve as a confident product representative in client-facing settings, including demos, roadmap discussions, and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, engineering leaders, designers, client services, and sales.
  • Build trust through proactive communication, thoughtful collaboration, and consistent follow-through.
  • Act as a connective leader across product, engineering, UX, data, and business teams.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and business units to ensure shared understanding of priorities and outcomes.
  • Mentor and model strong product management practices within the broader product organization.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance and inform decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging client needs to continuously evolve the product.
Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, managing complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product health.
  • Proven success leading client-facing product discussions and demos with confidence and credibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence, align, and challenge constructively.
  • Deep experience working with engineering and UX teams in agile environments.
  • Strong product judgment, including attention to scope completeness (e.g., accessibility, scalability, and usability considerations).
  • Bonus: experience with insight, analytics, or research platforms. Experience with online communities and unstructured data. Experience executing AI features.
