Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Acts as a key bridge between commercial and operational teams, ensuring alignment on healthcare opportunities and execution
- Partners with regional sales to identify, qualify, and advance new and existing business within the healthcare vertical
- Provides subject-matter expertise, guiding solution design, RFQs, and pricing to ensure competitive and compliant outcomes
- Translates customer requirements into scalable, operationally feasible solutions, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards
- Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and global teams to ensure readiness and successful implementation
- Monitors pipeline progress, identifies risks or gaps, and drives resolution to support customer satisfaction and business growth
- Drives continuous improvement by identifying capability gaps and strengthening the healthcare offering across the region
- Builds awareness and capability within the organization through training, stakeholder engagement, and best practice sharing
- Supports strategic initiatives, pricing approaches, and business cases to drive sustainable growth of the healthcare vertical
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in global forwarding or supply chain logistics
- Mandatory experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical logistics (e.g., GDP, temperature-controlled transport, regulatory requirements)
- Demonstrated experience working across both commercial and operational functions
- Strong understanding of solution design in complex and regulated logistics environments
- Proven ability to support and advance business opportunities (RFQs, solutioning, customer engagement)
- Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with ability to operate in a less mature, evolving structure
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus
