The Opportunity

We're hiring a Product Designer to join us at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll help lay the groundwork for our product's design and experience, with full ownership over what we ship and how it looks and feels. You'll work on everything from interface details to systems design, helping turn complex workflows into clear, efficient user experiences.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams - ideal for someone who wants to build with speed, autonomy, and impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design process end to end - from discovery and prototyping through to implementation and iteration.
• Design interfaces across the product: from internal dashboards and onboarding to payment flows, compliance workflows, and admin tooling.
• Build and evolve a design system that's scalable, developer-friendly, and built for speed.
• Use modern tools (including AI and low/no-code platforms) to rapidly explore ideas and enable self-service for engineers.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define, test, and refine product features.
• Contribute to broader product thinking, including research, roadmap conversations, and internal demos.

What You'll Bring

• Strong command of modern design tools (e.g., Figma, prototyping, interaction design).
• A practical approach to balancing user experience, product goals, and technical constraints.
• Clear, thoughtful communication - especially when collaborating with non-design stakeholders.
• A hands-on mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
• Willingness to be based in the office for in-person collaboration ( 4 days/week).
