Senior Product Analyst - Data-Driven AI Impact & Equity

Beam is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to translate our data into decisions that help frontline workers access the support they need. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to define the metrics behind each squad's roadmap and to answer the hardest questions yourself.

You'll build the data models that power the product, extending our BigQuery, dbt and Metabase setup so a metric is defined once, tested, documented, and trusted by everyone who uses it.
