What you'll be doing:

• Own and deliver the sourcing strategy for outsourcing customer services in the UK
• Negotiate high-value, complex supplier contracts aligned with long-term business goals
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

What you'll bring:

• Proven procurement experience in BPO and offshore either in contact centre operations or other categories
• Deep knowledge of global sourcing models and supplier management in complex environments
• Previous experience working as a Procurement Manager in for a global business.
• A results-driven, commercially astute approach
