Based in London, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the accurate processing and management of reinsurance transactions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within a fast-growing, global organization.

You will be tasked with leading and growing the new function, bringing the processing side of things fully in-house.

The role will be responsible for managing reinsurance documentation, maintaining precise data entry, reconciling premiums and claims, and liaising with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to facilitate seamless communication. Their expertise will support core functions that drive success, helping to uphold a reputation for innovation and excellence in risk management.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in handling data and financial figures
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Experience with reinsurance systems such as Xchanging, PPL, or IBS
• Prior experience in reinsurance or insurance brokerage environments

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Experience with audit preparations and reporting

Preferred Education and Experience

• Relevant degree in Insurance, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Several years of experience in reinsurance processing or a similar role within the insurance sector
