About the Role:

We are seeking a Process Engineer-Packaging to support packaging operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves managing new product introductions, supporting packaging process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of packaging processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the introduction of new products and packaging transfers, including process testing, sample creation, and data analysis.
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of packaging materials.
• Monitor process performance, analyze operational data, and resolve process-related issues.
• Assess complex problems related to process, equipment, or materials and recommend solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation including protocols, evaluations, and assessment reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and report regularly to senior management.
• Present new packaging ideas and process improvements to internal teams.
• Support regulatory inspections and participate in Pre-Approval Inspections (PAI) when required.
• Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Validation, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging within the pharmaceutical or a similarly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of packaging processes and materials.
• Experience in leading or contributing to project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
