Senior Privacy & AI Legal Counsel

Personio in Ireland is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Privacy) focused on privacy and emerging AI legal issues. You will shape the privacy framework, assess legal risks, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-scaling product environment.

Reporting to the Head of Legal (Product & Privacy), you will translate legal concepts into design requirements, embed privacy by design in AI development, and provide ongoing training and guidance to stakeholders while tracking evolving regulations.
