I'm working with a fast-growing D&B fit-out business in the City, turning over £60m and delivering standout Cat A and Cat B office projects across London.

They're looking for a Senior Pre-Contracts Manager to lead on costing and pitching for their D&B office fit-out projects, working closely with the Director of Pre-Con in an owner-led business that's genuinely going places. You'll be the driving force behind winning work, shaping bids that land the projects everyone in this market wants on their CV.

What you'll be doing:

• Costing and pitching D&B office fit-out projects, Cat A and Cat B
• Working directly with the Director of Pre-Con on bid strategy
• Building relationships with clients and consultants through the pre-con process
• Playing a genuine part in the business's growth trajectory

Requirements:

• 5+ years' D&B pre-construction experience
• Strong track record costing and winning Cat A/Cat B office fit-out work
• Confident presenting and pitching to clients
• Commercially sharp, with an eye for margin as well as design
