Job Description

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Pre Construction Operations Manager (PCOM) to lead pre-construction across a portfolio of cladding remediation projects. This senior role ensures governance, technical assurance and delivery readiness from planning through handover.

You will set standards, manage cross functional teams, oversee PCSA programmes, drive risk management and support client engagement while upholding Building Regulations and PAS/BS standards.
