We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a growing team as the go-to expert across the platform. This is a hands-on, full-life cycle role - you'll lead everything from stakeholder engagement to solution delivery and support. Expect 80% project work and 20% support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, building, and supporting solutions using Power Apps (especially Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse

• Automating business processes and optimising existing workflows

• Managing Power Platform environments (dev, test, prod)

• Working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Providing technical support for Power Platform-related issues

• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation

• Occasionally building custom components with C#.NET and JavaScript for complex business needs

• Managing app access, roles, and data policies

• Promoting Power Platform adoption across the business

• Supporting training in partnership with L&D

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of Power Platform experience, ideally in end-to-end project ownership

• Strong hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps (a core focus in this role) and Canvas Apps

• Proven experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, and environment management

• Understanding of application life cycle management in Power Platform

• Strong documentation and process improvement skills

• Some experience with C#.NET and JavaScript

• Confident working cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders

• Must have delivered complete Power Platform projects from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Azure Functions and Logic Apps

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting user issues within Power Platform
