Senior Portfolio Manager - Real Estate Lending

Homes England is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of complex Lending Alliances loans with private funders, delivering National Housing Bank objectives. You will work with lender counterparts and senior stakeholders to ensure effective debt funding, risk management and timely delivery of projects across England, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

You should have proven real estate banking experience, pricing and structuring debt, and familiarity with LMA principles.
