Senior PMO/Project Delivery Leader

Senior PMO/Project Delivery Leader is required by a global IT software company to manage and transform their project delivery capability.

You will be responsible for:

• Redefining, implementing, and enforcing best-in-class project standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Building a proactive PMO function that acts as the central hub for all project knowledge.
• Leading and optimising resource and portfolio management across multiple workstreams.
• Delivering strong financial forecasting and governance to ensure control and predictability

Required experience and skills:

• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at every level with clarity, confidence, and authority.
• Experience across a broad spectrum of projects, with particular focus on Microsoft-centric environments (Azure, NAV/BC, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
• Proven track record of driving transformation and defining structure within PMO or delivery teams.
