The Programme (Beacon) will upgrade and transform the financial ecosystem across LSEG, replacing the existing Oracle EBS and SAP platforms with an integrated Oracle Cloud ERP. In addition, a new Planning & Analytics capability within Oracle EPM provides improved Performance Insights, Budgeting, Consolidation and External Reporting. Purpose Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Programme Management, this role is responsible for managing a sub portfolio of work within Finance Transformation, specific focus will initially be on projects related to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Partnering with Project Managers and Workstream Leads, the role will be responsible for managing governance, risk, financials, and reporting and will drive a consistent and effective approach to project delivery in line with LSEG standards. Key Responsibilities Risk Management: Understand and manage risk within portfolio of projects and enforce LSEG Group Standards for governance and risk management. Plan Development & Management: Assist in crafting and maintaining project plans, ensuring milestones have clear objectives and outcomes, support dependency management across the Portfolio and the wider LSEG business. Ensure that appropriate Change Management process is followed. Resource Management: Forecast and track the resource requirement for all projects, providing accurate resource demand and supply data to drive resource optimisation. Working with PMO and other Portfolios develop resourcing strategies that ensure optimum support for short and long-term portfolio needs. Governance & Reporting: Ensure appropriate and proper governance, with relevant and up todate project artifacts. Preparation of status reports for Governance bodies to include ad hoc presentations as required Internal Partner Management & Communication: Maintain collaborative and trusting relationships with internal partners, align internal partners to shared objectives, tailor communications to meet specific needs, overcoming challenges and positioning alternatives to move issues and deliverables forward. Financial Management; Working with the Project Manager and Finance Business Partner support project budget tracking, including actual and forecasted expenditure, to include variance analysis and commentary. Identify and analyse financial impacts of project/portfolio decisions and recommend viable solutions. Key Behaviours Ability to balance multiple projects, making strategic decisions on time, quality, and cost to deliver activities. Continuously embrace a pragmatic, flexible and adaptable approach. Maintain constructive and supportive working relationships with team members across the group. Apply tools and processes to effectively identify and quantify project-level risks, proactively presenting their impact with the relevant teams. Adhere to group standards, internal controls and relevant procedures, ensure that appropriate records are kept and maintained. Candidate Profile / Key Skills Essential Expert knowledge and skills related to financial, risk, and project management methodologies & tools (Clarity, Asana) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven record of working effectively with all organisational levels. Excellent at managing and influencing a wide network of internal partners, including senior management, who can influence and build relationships. Excellent documentation skills: ability to build high quality steering committee materials. Preferred Global experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion / EPM tools such as FCCS and Workiva. Experience within large Finance Transformation Programmes.
