In short, We Enable Possibility .Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of the London Market transformation Office, delivering PMO activities for one or multiple projects as required.Apply PMO practices and processes ensuring that the project is consistently following client methodology and tools.Support reporting across the transformation portfolio, specifically focused on Risk and project performanceSupport Resource forecasting in line with transformation requirementsEnsure timely and accurate reporting across the transformation portfolio facilitating executive level decision-making within Arch Insurance UKSupport the successful execution of key transformation initiatives primarily within the London Market department.Communicate feedback continuously with key transformation partners across Actuarial, Finance, IT and London Market transformation.Work with various business partners to define requirements and document best practices within transformation activities supporting the end-to-end business and Finance/IT processes.Role Requirements & SkillsSkills / CompetenciesExperienced working within a PMO function within financial servicesProficient in the use of Project Management tools and systemExperienced in Risk & Change Management and escalation procedures in a project and portfolio contextProblem-solver with the ability to identify and deliver solutions on issues.Strong verbal, written and technical (Excel and PowerPoint) communication skills essentialAbility to deal with ambiguity and uncertaintyMust be able to work independently to draw conclusions and make recommendations to the London Market Transformation Head & LeadQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or other discipline preferable.Project Management accreditation preferred.Experience3+ years' experience in a Project Management Office or Business Analyst role.Do you like solving complex business problems, working with talented colleagues and have an innovative mindset?
