Senior PM, Core HR Tech & Workday Platform

Deliveroo is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Core People Technology in London. You will own the Workday/HRIS space end-to-end, shaping tickets with analysts and engineers and building the intake frameworks that let the space run with less coordination overhead.

You will translate complex partner needs into structured plans, collaborate across People Ops, Compliance and Payroll, and use AI thoughtfully to accelerate workflows while safeguarding sensitive areas like pay and employment status.
