Senior PM - Residential Developments Lead (Dublin)

ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a large housing project in North Dublin, offering a salary of €100-115k plus transport and bonuses.

The successful candidate will lead high-density apartment and housing developments from pre-construction through to handover and will be responsible for areas like programme management, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring health & safety compliance.

Required qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and over 5 years of relevant project management experience.
