This role involves leading transformations, managing engineering teams, and ensuring the stability of these platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in enterprise environments, an in-depth understanding of SAP and Oracle HCM, along with a collaborative mindset for process integration. The position is on-site in London, Paddington, three days a week.
