Senior Plant Operations Leader - Continuous Improvement & Safety

PepsiCo UK is seeking an Operations Leader for the Skelmersdale site to drive delivery of QCDM targets across multiple production lines and warehousing. You will lead a team, manage the balance scorecard, and develop a talent pipeline for future leadership from within the site.

Responsibilities include setting direction, delivering AOP commitments, ensuring product quality and food safety, and collaborating with CI to implement core processes.
