Senior Planning Solicitor needed in West London Paying £37.35-£48.53ph ref 005485

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise planning officers and clients on major planning applications and redevelopment projects.
• Provide specialist advice on compulsory purchase orders and appropriation matters.
• Attend planning committees and licensing hearings, offering clear and strategic legal guidance.
• Support senior leadership with complex and high-value planning or property cases.
• Advise on legal risk management and compliance in relation to planning and property law.
• Represent clients in proceedings, public inquiries, appeals, and judicial reviews before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Tribunals.
