Senior Planning Officer: Master Planning & Major Projects

Job Search Place Limited is looking for a Senior Planning Officer (Major Projects) to join North Herts Council in Letchworth Garden City on a 6-month temporary basis. You will manage a caseload and play a crucial role in delivering two major neighbourhoods with over 2,000 homes.

The position requires preparing committee reports and active engagement with planning control committees. The role offers the flexibility for full or part-time work, with an expectation of office attendance twice a week.
