Senior Planning Manager
Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, privately owned residential housebuilder for an experienced Senior Planning Manager to join their Beaconsfield office.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading planning strategy across a portfolio of high-quality residential developments in the South East. You'll manage complex planning applications and appeals, represent the business at Planning Committee, and provide planning input to support land acquisition and development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential planning applications and appeals
• Develop and deliver planning strategies aligned with programme and commercial objectives
• Represent the business at Planning Committees and key meetings
• Advise on land acquisition and site potential
• Manage relationships with local planning authorities and stakeholders

About You

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline; MRTPI preferred
• Proven experience managing complex residential planning applications
• Strong understanding of the planning and appeal process
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to delivery
• Confident communicator, well organised and self motivated
