We are currently looking for 2 Senior Planner for DC Projects in Hayes and High Wycombe to work with our client who are a leading Tier 1, Main Contractor, focused as a construction partner, delivering outstanding turnkey projects worldwide across the Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centre, Logistics and Pharmaceutical sectors. n technical construction. • Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects
• Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management
• Account management of existing clients, building long term partnerships
• Business development activities with new clients
• Complete responsibility for your project and may assists others in projects as the need arises
• Liaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving
• Create and sustain schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases, whilst keeping progress reporting up to date
• Establish project schedule resource requirements
• Develop and Communicate tools for the target completion of project goals
• Provides performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action
• You will be the Planning representative in Client & Subcontractor meetings

• Degree in Engineering / Construction Management required
• 4+ years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably main contractor experience
• Substantial experience, across a wide range of engineering projects, preferably data centres, but not essential, with a good understanding of commercial and contractual matters.
• An appreciation of BIM / digital construction tools and workflows
• A clear ability for logical thinking and working in an ordered fashion
• An understanding of programming techniques
• A sound knowledge of typical production rates
• The ability to communicate effectively
• Be able to use P6 and an understanding of the planning process
• The ability to work to defined, often challenging, timescales
• Experienced in programming software and BIM - Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6 preferred
