Central London (Hybrid Working - 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Are you a skilled Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career with one of London's most dynamic independent consultancies? Our client - a well-respected planning and development practice known for its collaborative culture and diverse project portfolio - is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing London team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting role offering the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across London and the South East, including urban regeneration, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and leisure schemes. You'll take a leading role in managing projects, advising clients, and contributing to strategic planning work for high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and appeals
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients, developers, and stakeholders
  • Undertake site appraisals, policy analysis, and development plan representations i
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to new business development and thought leadership activities
About You
  • MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)
  • Strong background in planning consultancy, ideally with experience on urban or mixed-use developments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in client-facing situations and capable of managing projects independently
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for high-quality planning outcomes
