As an education and preservation charity, LTM uses the powerful link between transport and the growth of London, culture and society since 1800 to tell the story of London's journey over the past 200 years. The Museum's purpose is to ignite curiosity to shape the future.

Working closely with our Chief Executive, Head of Development, boards and senior leaders, you will help define campaign priorities, influence organisational decisions and secure the five and six figure gifts that power our ambitions.

You will personally manage a portfolio of high value prospects, crafting compelling cases for support and delivering exceptional stewardship that strengthens long term donor commitment. Alongside this, you'll guide a talented team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and high performance as you shape a strong, insight led donor pipeline.

An experienced, confident relationship builder with a proven track record in major gifts. You'll bring strategic insight, sound judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Above all, you'll be motivated by the Museum's mission and excited by the chance to secure the transformational support that will unlock our next chapter.
