Senior Personnel Security & Vetting Lead

MBDA Miissle System is seeking a Personnel Security Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of personnel security services for UK personnel. You will manage a specialist team responsible for vetting, screening, and access control, ensuring the highest standards of security.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in personnel security management, preferably within a high-security environment, and possesses knowledge of the UKSV vetting process and MOD standards.
