Senior Personal Adviser - Complex Transitions Lead

Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a Senior Personal Adviser to lead on complex transitions for care leavers aged 16-25. You will coordinate across children's services, adult social care, health, housing and education to ensure joined-up support and voice of the young person throughout the transition to adulthood.

The role emphasizes strengthening partnerships, delivering trauma-informed, relationship-based practice and improving outcomes for care-experienced young adults.
