A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Perfumer to join a thriving personal care fragrance house, creating high quality fragrances for cross category applications. In this exciting role, you'll shape innovative olfactive concepts that inspire customers and win briefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create commercially successful, high quality fragrances that deliver customer briefs
• Develop innovative scent concepts using strong technical knowledge and creative flair
• Modify formulations to meet end use applications, regulations, and cost requirements
• Apply GC MS insights to enhance creative development
• Build and maintain a raw material database in collaboration with technical teams
• Work closely with perfumers, evaluators, sales, marketing and applications
• Present fragrance creations to customers, representing the business with confidence
• Support junior perfumers with training on raw materials and formulation techniques

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a senior level Perfumer
• Trained through a recognised perfumer school (e.g. ISIPCA or equivalent)
• Strong creativity paired with solid technical and regulatory understanding
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Fluent in English
