Senior People Partner - UK HR & Payroll Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a UK-based HR leader to take ownership of employee relations, payroll, and UK People Operations. You will coach senior leaders, align with UK law and TTG policy, and drive compliant lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.

The role requires ER expertise, strong partnering skills, and the ability to manage payroll cycles, compliance trackers, and multi-entity IR35 scenarios. HiBob experience is a plus.
