Senior People Partner - Strategic HR Leader (Flexible)

Cooper-Parry in Derby is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to lead the people strategy within its CP Digital & Business Services & Outsourcing divisions. This pivotal role involves partnering with management teams, using data-driven analysis to enhance people management decisions, and executing strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate should have substantial experience in strategic HR, team leadership, and ideally, hold a CIPD level 7 qualification. The role also requires national travel to various hub locations.
