Senior People Partner - Europe

About the position

This full time HR Business Partner role is based in London and reports to the VP of International Markets, with a dotted line to the Global VP of HR. The role supports leadership teams across the UK and additional European markets (Netherlands, Romania and Poland) as a strategic partner and hands on HR advisor across the entire employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of International Markets and regional leadership teams.
• Translate business goals into a clear people agenda (org design, talent priorities, structure, execution).
• Coach and enable managers on performance, feedback, talent development and leadership behaviours.
• Lead key talent processes end to end (performance cycles, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, succession and retention).
• Own and manage employee relations cases in the UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland.
• Ensure alignment with UK employment law and local EU regulations.
• Support organisational effectiveness initiatives, workforce planning and change management.
• Partner closely with HQ functions (TA, L&D, Finance, Legal, People Ops) to ensure strong and compliant HR practices.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive informed decision making.
