Job Description
Senior People Manager (France/EMEA)
Annapurna have partnered exclusively with a global advisory firm seeking a People Manager to lead high-impact HR initiatives across France and the wider EMEA region.
As the firm continues its strong growth trajectory across Europe, this role will serve as the go-to HR partner for senior business leaders, with ownership of all matters related to the CSE in France and broader responsibility across HR business partnering, employee relations, talent strategy, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the firm's internal lead and subject matter expert on CSE operations and compliance in France, managing stakeholder relationships and attending all relevant meetings.
- Partner with senior leaders across France and EMEA to drive talent management, workforce planning, and performance conversations.
- Advise on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, compliance, and conflict resolution, liaising with internal legal counsel where needed.
- Lead and support regional and global people initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional business leadership, providing strategic counsel and influencing change in a matrixed, fast-paced professional services environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global HR, legal, finance, and operations on policy, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Skills
- Progressive HR experience, ideally in a matrixed professional services or consulting environment.
- Proven expertise managing a large CSE in France, including stakeholder consultation, elections, and legal compliance.
- Deep understanding of French labour law and familiarity with broader EMEA HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
- Confidence in advising senior leaders and handling sensitive matters.
- Fluent French and business-level English required.
