Senior People Manager - Hospitality & Brand Operations

JKS Restaurants is seeking a Senior People Manager to own the full employee lifecycle across our Indian Brand restaurants and Head Office in the UK. You will recruit, onboard, develop talent, manage ER/L&D, and deliver strategic HR support with hands-on site presence.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will mentor a People Team, maintain compliance, oversee wellbeing and ED&I initiatives, and provide monthly people metrics to senior leaders.
