Senior People Leader - Hospitality Ops & Development

JKS Restaurants is seeking a Senior People Manager to own the full employee lifecycle across our Indian Brand restaurants and Head Office in the UK. You'll lead recruitment, onboarding, L&D, ER and engagement, with a hands-on, strategic approach and a People Team to mentor.

You'll report to the Head of People, base at Head Office with weekly site visits, ensuring compliance, wellbeing and ED&I across all sites, while driving talent development and robust HR operations.
