Senior People Coordinator - Music

An established SME within the music sector is looking to appoint a Senior HR Coordinator to join its growing team.

Reporting to the People Lead, you will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll coordination through to benefits administration, policy updates and HR systems management (HiBob). Acting as HRIS superuser, you will ensure data accuracy, process efficiency and operational compliance across the function. There is also scope to support wider HR projects and lead on continuous process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring several years' HR experience, ideally gained within a small or scaling organisation. You will be detail-oriented and systems-confident, comfortable coordinating payroll data, and capable of working autonomously while building strong, trusted relationships across the business.
