Senior Payroll Leader - UK & ROI, Systems & Compliance

Farrans is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead five payrolls for 700+ staff across the UK & ROI. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing, drive continuous improvement and governance, and oversee pensions and data integrity.

You will use your strong technical payroll knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and leadership to deliver outstanding service and a best-practice payroll function within a dynamic construction environment.
