Senior Payroll Leader - High-Volume UK Payroll

Adecco in Paisley is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a large payroll function across 9,000 employees. You will manage the monthly salaried payroll and oversee the 4-weekly payroll operation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments while guiding a payroll team to high performance.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations, driving continuous improvement and creating strong stakeholder relationships across the business in a fast-paced environment.
