Senior Parts Advisor - Honda Huddersfield

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the team at our Honda dealership in Huddersfield.

Essentials (You Must Have)

• Experience working as a Parts Advisor who is ready for the next step in their career in a similar automotive parts environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• A customer-focused approach with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
• Ensure accurate ordering, storage, and supply of parts to support efficient workshop operations.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of stock levels, orders, and parts movement.
• Provide clear and professional communication regarding parts availability, pricing, and alternatives.
• Support the service and workshop teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Maintain a well organised and efficient parts department in line with company standards.

About You

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar customer facing role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and team focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Confidence working with systems and processes to manage stock and orders accurately.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a fast paced dealership environment.
