Senior Partner Relations & Employee Experience Lead

KPMG International Cooperative is seeking a PR Lead to oversee Partner Relations and provide pastoral, advisory, and compliant ER support for Equity Partners. You will collaborate with the Partnership Office, Employee Relations, ELAT and HR Directors to shape ER standards and drive a high-performance culture.

The role involves acting as a senior escalation point for complex partner cases, leading ER delivery, and building relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
