An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paralegal to join a growing Commercial Property team in Coventry.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious legal professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The team is open to candidates at different levels, including experienced Senior Paralegals with at least 3 years' commercial property experience, as well as recently qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers up to 18 months' PQE.

Responsibilities

• You will work alongside experienced commercial property lawyers, assisting with and managing a range of commercial property matters.
• The role will provide exposure to a broad variety of transactions and offer excellent opportunities for learning, development and progression.
• The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in commercial property law, strong organisational skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You should be commercially minded, proactive and eager to take the next step in your career.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with at least 3 years' commercial property experience or recent qualification for Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers up to 18 months' PQE.
