Job Description
- 3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP
- Strong software engineering background (Python, Spark, TypeScript)
- Deep understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams in complex client environments
- Consulting mindset - able to bridge both business and technical conversations with stakeholders
- Startup energy - proactive, independent, high-output, with strong attention to quality
- Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech)
- Building tools or products on top of Foundry or AIP
- Previous experience at Palantir or boutique Foundry consultancies
