Senior Paid Social & Creative Lead

National Beauty Distribution (NBD) is seeking a Senior Paid Social & Creative Specialist to take hands-on ownership of paid social across multiple brands. You'll work with the Head of Own Brand and the digital and creative teams to shape channel strategy on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, managing budgets and driving ROI.

You'll plan and optimise campaigns, monitor performance, report insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class, performance-led social creative.
