Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a motivated occupational therapist to join the Medicine of the Older Adult service. You will manage a diverse caseload of patients with frailty, deconditioning, delirium and multi-morbidity, conducting assessments and delivering targeted rehabilitation to maximise independence.

You will contribute to safe discharge, work with patients, families and partners, and help develop pathways for older people within acute services, with opportunities to develop specialist
