Role Purpose

Provides deep functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules, supporting live operations while contributing to the design and delivery of functional enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain complex workflows, approvals, and business rules across Oracle SaaS modules.
• Act as functional authority for master data and structural changes.
• Support requirements definition for new change initiatives.
• Lead Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as a senior functional escalation point for production issues.
• Support reporting and analytics using standard Oracle tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Functional Expertise: Strong experience in Oracle HCM, ERP, and/or EPM
• Delivery: Lead functional roles on major Oracle programmes
• Testing: FAT, UAT coordination in complex environments
• Stakeholders: Comfortable engaging business and technical teams
• Qualifications (Desirable): Oracle Fusion functional certifications
• Experience in regulated or public-sector environments
