Senior Ops Efficiency Leader - UK&I Retail

Costa Coffee is seeking a Senior Operations Efficiency Manager to define and deliver the UK&I efficiency strategy, optimise labour deployment, and protect the customer experience across channels.

You will lead a multi-functional team, drive large-scale productivity projects, and develop the labour model and analytics to deliver substantial annual savings while upholding Costa's values.
