Senior Operations Manager, Multi-site Nursing Homes

Sterling Cross Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey and Cornwall. This senior, hands on role works closely with General Managers to uphold care standards and operational performance.

You will travel across the division, stepping in where needed to provide stability and leadership. A clinical background and multi site management experience are required for this key position.
